Authorised translations

In some cases, a company may require an authorised translation, perhaps of an annual report or articles of association. These types of translations must be carried out and stamped by an authorised translator. In Sweden, the title of “Authorised Translator” is an official designation granted by the Swedish Legal, Financial, and Administrative Services Agency (Kammarkollegiet). Authorised translators are obligated to adhere to legal regulations governing professional confidentiality.
